PAUL DIMM JOINS LATITUDES ON THE RIVER AS EXECUTIVE CHEF
Forked River, NJ – Chef Paul Dimm, of Little Egg Harbor, is the new Executive Chef at Latitudes on the River announced Frank Gruber, General Manager of the Forked River waterfront restaurant recently. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Dimm has over 20 years of restaurant experience including the Renault Winery, where he served as Executive Chef, the Ute City Banque Restaurant and Bar in Aspen, Colorado and Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
“We are excited to be working with such an accomplished Executive Chef,” said Gruber. “He brings a host of creative ideas to Latitudes and has an enviable passion for his work.”
Dimm will oversee all aspects of food preparation, as well as the menus, at Latitudes on the River. “From weddings and banquets to fine dining overlooking the marina and the Forked River, from casual waterside dining on the outdoor decks to the newly created Beach Bar, customers can expect to taste some exceptionally delicious fare at Latitudes on the River,” said Gruber. “We also have a fantastic line up of weekly live entertainment, and some exceptional upcoming special events, including a night of comedy hosted by the famous Catch a Rising Star company on July 13th.” He added that reservations were required for this night of comedy and recommended that those interested should call as soon as possible, as seats are going quickly.
